GM, Quality and Clinical Governance
Lauren is a people focused leader dedicated to improving care quality and service delivery across the organisation. Drawing on her clinical and operational experience across aged care, disability, and nursing, she has led key improvement initiatives to ensure clinical best practice. Lauren builds relationships, supports her teams, and focuses on making everyday care better for participants.

Quality Assurance Coordinator
Karen’s role in the Quality and Clinical Governance team helps support compliance, risk and quality across the organisation. She looks after quality systems, incident and feedback processes, audits and continuous improvement. Her role helps make sure safeguarding and service standards are part of our everyday operations and aligned with regulatory requirements for clients and staff.

Community Clinician Team Lead
Olivia is deeply committed to making sure every individual feels recognised, heard and supported with the highest level of care. She brings over 25 years’ experience in healthcare, including 17 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) across aged care, disability and community nursing. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Community and Primary Health Care, along with further studies in trauma counselling and trauma-informed care.

She has 25 years’ experience in the disability sector, after a career as a secondary school teacher. Based at our Keilor Park office, she applies a person-centred, strengths-based approach to support participants in achieving their goals. In her role Melinda also contributes to strategic planning and best practice outcomes.
