Lauren Manning

GM, Quality and Clinical Governance

Lauren is a people focused leader dedicated to improving care quality and service delivery across the organisation. Drawing on her clinical and operational experience across aged care, disability, and nursing, she has led key improvement initiatives to ensure clinical best practice. Lauren builds relationships, supports her teams, and focuses on making everyday care better for participants.
Quality Assurance Coordinator Karen's role in the Quality and Clinical Governance team helps support compliance, risk and quality across the organisation. She looks after quality systems, incident and feedback processes, audits and continuous improvement. Her role helps make sure safeguarding and service standards are part of our everyday operations and aligned with regulatory requirements for clients and staff.

Karen’s role in the Quality and Clinical Governance team helps support compliance, risk and quality across the organisation. She looks after quality systems, incident and feedback processes, audits and continuous improvement. Her role helps make sure safeguarding and service standards are part of our everyday operations and aligned with regulatory requirements for clients and staff.
Community Clinician Team Lead Olivia is deeply committed to making sure every individual feels recognised, heard and supported with the highest level of care. She brings over 25 years’ experience in healthcare, including 17 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) across aged care, disability and community nursing. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Community and Primary Health Care, along with further studies in trauma counselling and trauma-informed care.

Olivia is deeply committed to making sure every individual feels recognised, heard and supported with the highest level of care. She brings over 25 years’ experience in healthcare, including 17 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) across aged care, disability and community nursing. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Community and Primary Health Care, along with further studies in trauma counselling and trauma-informed care.

She is committed to promoting independence, choice, and control in her work. Rebecca focuses on building strong relationships that support people to reach their goals and live the life they choose. She takes the time to really listen, shaping the support around what matters most to each person.
Employment Compliance Team Leader Driven by a passion for helping others, Tara is inspired by supporting family through illness. She’s worked across multiple roles within the organisation, giving her a strong understanding of how everything comes together to support both workers and participants. As Employment Compliance Team Leader, Tara brings a proactive, detail-focused approach to ensuring compliance and supporting best practice across our workforce.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Tara is inspired by supporting family through illness. She’s worked across multiple roles within the organisation, giving her a strong understanding of how everything comes together to support both workers and participants. As Employment Compliance Team Leader, Tara brings a proactive, detail-focused approach to ensuring compliance and supporting best practice across our workforce.
Participant Program Coordinator Melinda is often the friendly voice who answers the phone, bringing a warm touch to every interaction. She has 25 years’ experience in the disability sector, after a career as a secondary school teacher. Based at our Keilor Park office, she applies a person-centred, strengths-based approach to support participants in achieving their goals. In her role Melinda also contributes to strategic planning and best practice outcomes.
