Our hiring process Our hiring process is simple, supportive, and focused on finding the right match for both you and our participants.

1. Let us know about you

We want to know about your skills, experience, and interests so we can match you with the right participant!
2. Let’s have a chat

Once you apply, we’ll do a quick phone screen and start matching you based on your location, availability, and skill set. If successful, you’ll move to an interview. We always hire based on participant preferences and carefully match the right people to the right supports.
3. Onboarding and induction

If you are successful at the interview, we’ll request your onboarding and compliance documents. These include two references, copies of your relevant qualifications, Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS clearance, First Aid and CPR. You will then receive access to our LMS system to complete our online induction to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge for your role.

5. Meet and greet

This is your chance to meet the participant, understand their support needs, and see if it feels like the right fit for both of you. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable moving forward. If it’s a good match, you may complete any additional training required and begin shadow shifts with an experienced team member. Once you learn the participant’s preferences and build confidence you will start working independently.
