Role of nurses in complex supports

If you have complex care needs, our clinical nurses provide training and ongoing support for the team that supports you – so everyone feels confident and prepared. They are involved from the very beginning:

  • Conducting intake assessments and creating your support plan.
  • Collaborating with allied health teams.
  • Delivering or coordinating in-person training to support workers when required.
  • Providing ongoing advice and practical support.
