Clinical nurse oversight means that a qualified and registered Ability Plus nurse meets with each person from the very start of our service provision. They will review care needs, monitor health-related supports, and work with our support workers to ensure safe and high quality service delivery. This includes all assessments and risk monitoring, support plan reviews, training for support workers and coordination with allied health and medical professionals.
